How this preview handles information.

Saved/bookmarked entries are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. They are not synced to an account. Anyone with access to the same browser profile may be able to view them. Clear your bookmarks in the Saved page or clear your browser's site data to remove them.

If AI Orb is enabled, text you submit is sent through this website's server to the Google Gemini API to generate a response. Avoid submitting medical records, identifying information, or confidential details. The site does not deliberately store chat transcripts, although hosting and API providers may process requests according to their own policies.

When you sign up for the newsletter, your email address, consent version, subscription status and date are stored in the site database so the site operator may send newsletters. No medical interests or reading history are tied to your email. The site does not send marketing emails automatically; mailing provider setup and unsubscribe links must be configured before newsletters are sent. You may request removal through the contact page.

When the contact form is enabled, submitted name, email, and message are stored in the website database for the purpose of responding. The site owner must publish complete business identity, data controller information, retention terms, and contact information before a public launch.
